Wherever I walk, I am walking in the Land of Israel

This video is a clip of Guy Tzvi Mintz and Rabbi Lazer Brody singing the famous quote by Rebbe Nachman "Wherever I walk, I am walking in the Land of Israel".

Rabbi Lazer says, "Even if one can't (move to Israel), one should yearn so much for the Holy Land, that one's thoughts and feelings are actually here."

Many non-Jews completely understand Rabbi Lazer's words. Although aliyah is not an option for us, our thoughts, our feelings and our hearts are there.

The song is titled B'Eretz Yisrael:

Everything You Wanted To Know About Passover.......

.........but didn't know who to ask can be found at Breslov World. They have quite a few articles in the Holydays and Fast Days - Pesach section of their website. You should be able to find the answers to your questions within those articles.

Q: What about gentiles, aren't we suppose to keep the laws and the Holy days too?

A: Hashem gave seven commandments to non-Jews. These commandments are referred to as the Seven Mitzvot Bnei Noach or the Noahide commandments.

"Whoever among the Nations fulfills the Seven Commandments to serve God belongs to the Righteous among the Nations and has his share in the World to Come." - Rambam

There is an excellent article at Breslov World about the Noahide commandments. With Passover approaching, I can't think of a better time to learn about them.

How to Live Stress Free in a Stressful World

What Does Not Work

There is not a shortage of gimmicks, fads, philosophies and pharmaceuticals, all claiming to be a solution for anxiety and stress management.

I'll come straight to the point. They are a waste of time and money. I know because I've been there, done that.

Those tranquilizers and/or anti-depressants the doctor wants you to take are only going to hide the symptoms and create new problems. Soon you'll need a pill to fix the side effects of the first pill, then yet another pill to fix the side effects of the second pill and on and on. It's a never ending cycle.

Temporary Solutions - Not Good

One morning, years ago, I woke up and took a good hard look at the 7 different medications the doctor had prescribed for "stress management". What had started out as being one little pill 2 years earlier had grown into a total of 7 prescriptions to "help with the side effects".

That morning, I trashed all 7 of them and cried out to Hashem for help. I then spent 3 days going through withdrawal, which was no picnic in the park. It felt great to be free of doctors and their pills, but I soon discovered that the stress and anxiety was still there, it had never left. The next years were a constant struggle with stress, fighting off depression and a lot of prayer.

What Does Work - The Trail To Tranquility

My prayers have been answered. Stress, anxiety, depression, all gone.

All of that has been replaced with happiness, joy and an inner peace that is beyond explanation.

It is something you have to experience to understand, because words can't describe it. This can happen for you too.

Do yourself a favor. Get the book The Trail To Tranquility.

Do it now, don't delay. Follow the advice in the book. It really works.

Meet Rabbi Lazer Brody, the author of The Trail To Tranquility:

Know It In Your Heart

Know this day and consider it in your heart that Hashem is G-d in heaven above and on earth below; there is no other. (Deuteronomy 4:39)

The following excerpt is from the book The Essential Rabbi Nachman, translated by Rabbi Avraham Greenbaum.

"The only way to know G-d is through complete faith. Only faith can bring you to true knowledge and perception of G-d's greatness" - Rebbe Nachman of Breslov

We are Never Alone: The Unbelievable Story of a Child's Birth by Rabbi Lawrence Kelemen is a free mp3 audio that you can download or listen to online. Don't miss this one! You will be glad you listened.

Uplifting Music: Lev Tahor - A Pure Heart

You do not need to understand the Hebrew language to be blessed by the music of Guy Tzvi Mintz. You can read about him and hear more of his music in an interview by Rabbi Lazer Brody at Breslov World.

"Holy melodies are very exalted, having great power to stir the heart and draw it to G-d." - Rebbe Nachman of Breslov

In this video, Guy Tzvi Mintz sings Lev Tahor (Pure Heart) during an evening of inspiration with Rabbi Lazer.
